1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 “Referrer” an individual who is a registered, paying customer of the
1.2 “Scheme” the Refer-A-Friend Scheme.
1.3 “Friend” a person not currently registered on the Company Database

2. Period of Validity

2.1 This Scheme is valid from 3^rd April, 2019 – the Company reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time.

3. Definitions and Eligibility Criteria of the Scheme

3.1   In simple terms, this Scheme is available for current customers of the company to refer a ‘Friend’, who if then subsequently purchases a training course from the Company, the Referrer will receive a £100 cash payment for the referral.

3.2   In order for the Referrer to be eligible to receive payment, the following criteria must be met:

3.3   The Referrer must be an existing, paying customer of the Company who has completed, or is in the process of completing their Practical Training Course (at the very least, course dates must have been booked and confirmed).

3.4   The Friend must not currently be listed on the Company’s database.

3.5   Once referred, the Friend must sign up with their full personal details and purchase a Training Course with a minimum value of £2,000.00.

3.6   Once the Friend has made payment for the Training Course and 28 working days have elapsed, the Referrer will receive a payment of £100 to their nominated bank account.

3.7   If the Friend cancels their training within 28 working days, or fails to meet the criteria for any relevant finance repayments or training requirements (including but not limited to, passing the driver’s medical), the cash payment will not be made.

3.8   If the Referrer subsequently cancels their training, or fails to meet the criteria for any relevant finance repayment, the cash payment will not be made.

3.9   There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, as long as the eligibility criteria are met.

3.10 This Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3.11  The company’s decision on the validity of any referral and subsequent cash payment is final.
